Milton Keynes Bowl Racing

The Ron Day MK bowl circuit races (sponsored by Church Lane Creative). Week 2 – 15th June 202170 riders raced tonight across 2 races on a perfect warm and sunny night. With thanks to a huge team of helpers who turned up at 5pm, we managed to organise the course so the race could go out the gate half way through, which always lead to a more exciting race.A few unsuccessful break aways, lead to a strong bunch sprint win in both races.Well done to everyone who rode, it was great to have 4 ladies competing tonight also. A massive thank you to all the valued helpers and our sponsor Mark Bicknell of Church Lane Creative. If you have not put your name down to help, please contact me to arrange an evening, if everyone helps once, we can run every week sucessfully. Please remember the event closes on RiderHQ at 4pm on the Monday before the event. Parking must only be to the right when you enter the bowl for safety reasons. NO ONE is to cross the racing line while the races are still in progress.Full results can be found on:-

Even the sun shone for us all evening.Well done to all the riders and welcome to all our new members. Such a shame to see the crash on the last stretch before the finish. Thank goodness nothing serious, hope those involved are not too sore and heal well. Massive thank you to all the helpers.
