BMCR is the trading name of the League of Veteran Racing Cyclists (“LVRC”), a company limited by guarantee. Standard members of BMCR are members of the company.

In Q1 2025 the board will give notice of an Extraordinary General meeting of LVRC. This meeting is to be held held at the Delta Hotels, Timbold Drive, Kents Hill Park, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK7 6HL on Saturday 1st March 2025 at 3pm.

The meeting is for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit passing, a Special Resolution to approve the adoption of new articles of association to replace the current memorandum and articles of association in their entirety.
