The Ron Day Memorial MK Bowl races – Race 15- 23rd August 2022 (Sponsored by Church Lane Creative).
A great turn out of riders, thank you to everyone who came to ride, it was one of the best attended events this season. We had enough helpers to send the race outside the gates after 30 mins to complete the larger circuit for the second half of the race.
The ABCD race became complicated when it split into many parts around the course, the front bunch sprinting for the win which was won by Gavin Howell closely followed by Paul Thursfield.
Mark Booth and Pat Ellerbeck formed a great two man break in the EFGH race which was won by Mark, the bunch sprint won by Peter Boyce.
Congratulations to Steve Dunton who has won the Ron Day Memorial cup by winning his age category 10 times (out of his best 10 races).
