Ron Day Memorial – MK Bowl (9)

The Ron Day Memorial MK Bowl races – Race 9 -9th July 2024 (Sponsored by Church Lane Creative).

A damp night saw 5 ABCD riders and 15 EFGH riders race around the inner bowl tonight.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the event by riding.

The ABCD race split after the prime lap which was won by Michael DArcy who kept going to take a huge lead and win overall. He was chased hard by Martin Quill who then went back to the remaining 3 riders with 1 lap to go but then won the sprint taking 2nd overall.

The EFGH race mainly stayed together with a small group riding off the back together tonight. The prime and race was won by a ‘strong as ever’ James Stewart with Martin Fisher 2nd.

Congratulations to all our winners.

2 more races to go this season with next week being the last week to qualify for points towards the championship.

I still need helpers for the next two weeks please so if you haven’t helped yet and you can, please contact me. Thank you
