The Ron Day Memorial MK Bowl races -Race 1 – 3rd May 2022 (Sponsored by Church Lane Creative)
Lovely to see everyone n we were lucky to have great weather conditions for our first race back. A good safe race going out the gates to the top car park after 30 mins. A few attempts to get away, but both races finished with a bunch sprint in the end. Well done everyone n thank you as always to our team of helpers. David Clift known as (Lofty) aged 86 has now passed away on the 7th November 2021 . He was a LVRC race organiser for anumber of years at Lewknor until about 8 years ago when he suffered a life changing stroke. His funeral will be tomorrow 3rd December at St..Augustines church in High Wycombe , Bucks with the wake being held at The Stag Pub in Flackwell Heath.
